Mindy Grossman has served as a director and our President and CEO since July 2017. Ms. Grossman has more than 38 years of experience in building and transforming consumer brands. Immediately prior to joining Weight Watchers, she served as Chief Executive Officer of HSN, Inc. and a member of its Board of Directors since August 2008. She is credited with transforming HSN into a lifestyle network offering an exciting array of products, personalities and experiences designed to engage, inform and entertain. She also served as Chief Executive Officer of IAC Retailing, a business segment of HSN’s former parent company, IAC/InterActiveCorp, a media and internet company, from April 2006 to August 2008, and Global Vice President of Nike, Inc.’s apparel business from October 2000 to March 2006. Earlier in her career, Ms. Grossman held various other executive positions in the retail industry, including President and CEO of Polo Jeans Company, Vice President of New Business Development at Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, President of Chaps Ralph Lauren, and Senior Vice President of Menswear for Warnaco, Inc. Ms. Grossman is a director of Fanatics, Inc. and was previously a director of Bloomin' Brands, Inc. She also serves as Vice Chairman for UNICEF USA.

Nicholas Hotchkin has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2012. In addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, he was appointed as our Operating Officer, North America in March 2019 and our President, Emerging Markets in March 2018. He also served as a member of our former Interim Office of the Chief Executive Officer from September 2016 to July 2017. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hotchkin had spent several years at Staples, Inc., a global leader in the office supply industry. Most recently, Mr. Hotchkin served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the U.S. Retail division of Staples based in Massachusetts, a position he held from May 2010 to August 2012. Before assuming that position, he had been Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Staples, a position he held from November 2006 to April 2010. Prior to joining Staples, Mr. Hotchkin held several corporate finance positions with Delphi Corporation and General Motors Corporation including assignments in the United States, Asia and Europe. Mr. Hotchkin received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Deb Benovitz is Senior Vice President, Global Consumer Insights and Social Impact for Weight Watchers. In this role, she both manages the global Insights department, and is spearheading WW’S dream of democratizing wellness and making it accessible to all. She has more than 25 years of consumer insight experience in leading consumer-focused companies. Prior to joining Weight Watchers in 2014, Ms. Benovitz was Vice President of Global Consumer Insights at Pepsico where she led their cutting-edge, future-focused research department serving 30 markets around the world. She has extensive experience in brand, consumer, shopper and user experience research among adults and children, including trend tracking, new product and concept research, advertising assessment, segmentation research, brand equity and tracking research, usage and attitude work, insight identification, creative insight generation, in-store research, user experience testing, and syndicated research. Prior to Pepsico, she held various senior positions at the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, LEGO and Unilever.

Michael Colosi has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since May 2014. Prior to joining us, Mr. Colosi most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. (KCP), a multi-brand retail, wholesale and licensing company, from March 2007 to February 2014. His service as General Counsel and Secretary of KCP commenced in July 2000 and July 2004, respectively. He also served as Corporate Vice President of KCP from July 2000 to February 2007. Prior to joining KCP, Mr. Colosi was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for The Warnaco Group, Inc., an international apparel company, from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Colosi received a B.A. in Economics and English from Cornell University and a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School.

Dr. Gary Foster has served as our Chief Scientific Officer since July 2013. Dr. Foster, a psychologist, obesity investigator and behavior change expert, was previously the Founder and Director of the Center of Obesity Research and Education and Laura Carnell Professor of Medicine, Public Health and Psychology at Temple University in Philadelphia. Prior to Temple, he served as the Clinical Director of the Weight and Eating Disorders Program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He has authored more than 180 scientific publications and three books on the etiology and treatment of obesity. Dr. Foster's research interests include the prevention, behavioral determinants, treatments, and effects of obesity in adults and children. His current focus is on scalable, evidence-based approaches to weight management and general well-being. Dr. Foster earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Duquesne University, an M.S. in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Temple University.

Michael Korcuska joined WW in November 2017 as Chief Product Officer, where he leads product transformation. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in both consumer and enterprise technology companies, Mr. Korcuska is responsible for seamlessly integrating an overall product vision into the digital and physical worlds. Prior to joining WW, he was Vice President of Product Management at LinkedIn where he led several product teams, including Lynda.com and LinkedIn’s products for China. Previously he was Senior Director of Global Customer Operations at LinkedIn, where he was responsible for supporting and training the company’s individual members and corporate customers. Prior to LinkedIn, he spent 20 years in technology-enabled education and training. Mr. Korcuska earned his M.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University and B.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.

Michael Lysaght has served as our Chief Technology Officer since September 2016. He served as of our SVP of Digital Product Engineering from September 2014 to September 2016 and as Interim CTO from April 2016 to September 2016. Prior to joining WW, Mr. Lysaght spent almost six years at SecondMarket (now Nasdaq Private Market), a platform providing liquidity solutions for private companies. Most recently, Mr. Lysaght served as Vice President of Engineering/Head of Technology. Prior to joining SecondMarket, Mr. Lysaght was an Independent Consultant working for a variety of Startups, Telco’s & Financial Institutions. Mr. Lysaght has a B. Sc. in Computer Science from University College Cork, Ireland.

Corinne Pollier has served as our President, International since March 2016. Prior to that time, Ms. Pollier served as our President, Continental Europe & Australia-New Zealand from January 2014 to March 2016, our President, Continental Europe from May 2013 to January 2014, our Senior Vice President of France and Switzerland from October 2008 to May 2013 and our General Manager of France from October 2003 to October 2008. Prior to joining us, from 1991 to 2003, Ms. Pollier was with VIVARTE Group (France), a European retailer of footwear and apparel, where she held various positions in the finance and planning analysis department from 1991 to 1995, various senior positions in the organization and strategy department from 1995 to 2000 and as General Manager of Kookai from 2001 to 2003. Ms. Pollier also held various product management and project management positions for the central buying office of Le Printemps department stores from 1987 to 1991. Ms. Pollier holds a Masters in Management from the HEC Business School Paris.

Joe Quenqua joined WW in June 2019 as Chief Communications Officer, where he leads internal and external communications globally across all stakeholders. Mr. Quenqua has more than 30 years of PR and strategic corporate communications experience across a diverse portfolio of film, television, music, tech and lifestyle brands. Prior to joining WW, he worked with a vast array of clients in both the tech and entertainment industries, serving as a Managing Director at 42West, one of the entertainment industry’s leading PR firms, and before that, as Executive Vice President and head of the national entertainment practice for DKC/Dan Klores Communications. Until 2013, Mr. Quenqua served as a Vice President at Walt Disney Studios where he spent over a decade leading the national media strategies across all film titles and brands including Marvel, Pixar, Disney Animation and live action. Additionally, he served as the head of worldwide communications for Disney Theatrical Group, the company's global stage division.

Kim Seymour joined WW as Chief People Officer in April 2019. Prior to WW, Ms. Seymour served as Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner at American Express, leading Business Partner teams with direct responsibility for up to 65% of Amex employees globally, playing a critical role in the development and delivery of human capital strategies in support of business goals. During her tenure, she also led Executive Talent Management for American Express globally, a role responsible for the assessment, succession, development and placement of Amex’s most senior talent. Prior to joining American Express, she spent time with Home Depot and with General Electric in Appliances, Capital and Energy. Ms. Seymour holds a JD from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Indiana University.

Gail Tifford joined WW as Chief Brand Officer in March 2018. Prior to WW, Ms. Tifford served as Vice President of Media North America and Global Digital Innovation for Unilever where she led media strategy and implementation for all Unilever categories and brands, and served as a member of the Unilever Global Media Leadership Team. Prior to joining Unilever, she was Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at Viacom, where she developed multi-platform media and marketing programs for the MTV and VH1 brands. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 10 years at Unilever, driving long- term innovation and communication strategy for the Lipton brand in the United States and Canada, and building a growth-centric organizational culture across the Unilever marketing function globally.

Amy Weinblum has served as our Chief Business Development Officer since February 2019. Prior to joining WW, she served as Chief of Staff to Oprah Winfrey. As Winfrey's trusted advisor, Ms. Weinblum played key roles across all of Winfrey's businesses and partnerships, helping realize Winfrey’s vision by exploring areas of growth in existing businesses and recognizing untapped opportunities for development. She served as Executive Producer of "An Evening with Oprah," the successful arena-show tours across Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Ms. Weinblum began her career in television after graduating from Penn State University. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
